Lora Waeckerle is an associate attorney at Thomas Braun Bernard & Burke, LLP. Lora believes that great results for clients are the product of hard work—and therefore works tirelessly for her clients. She works on all types of litigation; however, she particularly enjoys real estate litigation, trust and estate litigation, and appeals.
Lora earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wyoming and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Due to her public service and academic record, the University of Wyoming awarded her with the Simpson Award for Outstanding Undergraduate Student in Political Science, an honor reserved for the top student in the program. In law school, Lora was recognized for writing the best brief in her class, for winning the local client counseling competition, and for receiving the highest grade in several courses. In 2018, she graduated in the top 15% of her class. After graduation, Lora clerked for the South Dakota Supreme Court under Justice Janine M. Kern for two years.
