Kimberly Pehrson
Bio
Kimberly Pehrson is an associate attorney at Thomas Braun Bernard & Burke, LLP. Prior to joining the firm, she was a criminal prosecutor for several years. In addition to giving her a significant amount of courtroom experience, this background gives Kim a unique perspective when evaluating cases and formulating creative strategies for her clients. Much of her practice is focused on civil litigation.
Kim is from Yuma, Colorado. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Southwest Minnesota State University in 2002 and her Juris Doctorate degree in 2005 from the University of Wyoming College of Law. While in law school, she participated in the College of Law’s prosecutorial clinic and was honored as its most outstanding student. After graduation, Kim completed a two-year clerkship with the Honorable David L. Mennis of Minnesota’s Eighth Judicial District.
